This company has great products and can create high quality. Unfortunately they're totally unpredictable and inconsistent. I got the product after I confirmed the samples carefully, but the products I received were *different* from the sample. The supplier confirmed it, and agreed to redo the order. This is nice, though cost me lots of time. Then the 2nd batch arrived (after fixing the first problem), and this time the products were different again! this time the print quality was poor compared to the first batch and not as clear as the samples. So while the supplier clearly *can* create great products, unfortunately they lack QA consistency. I was looking forward to working with them, but if I cannot rely on consistent quality I cannot. To respond to the supplier claim that: "you did not raise any issues during the high-definition photo/video confirmation process before shipment". The photos and videos showed a different product from the one I was provided.
